I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Psychodynamic TherapyAttachment-Based Therapy, Coherence Therapy / Memory Reconsolidation and other Trauma-informed approaches tailoring each session to best suit your needs. This process will not only help you feel heard and understood, but will also equip you with practical tools to manage your emotions, improve your relationships, and approach life with confidence and resilience.
